By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

  1. No Return / No Exchange / No Replacement
    Due to the nature of skincare and haircare products, we follow a strict hygiene policy:
    No Returns
    No Exchanges
    No Replacements
    Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances, including:
    Change of mind
    Product not suiting personal preference
    Skin or hair sensitivity
    Incorrect product ordered by the customer
    Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds are provided ONLY in the following cases:

a) Damaged Product
If the product is received physically damaged or leaked
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear unboxing video or photos are mandatory for verification
Upon verification, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

b) Duplicate Transaction
If the customer is charged more than once for the same order

    Incorrect product selection

    Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days
    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
    Bank or payment-gateway delays are beyond our control
